Returns and Exchanges
We understand that buying jewellery online is convenient, however it doesn’t give you the chance to try the piece on first. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to discuss your concerns. Items bought online may be returned for an exchange or credit note within 2 weeks of purchase, subject to being returned (at your expense) unworn, and with all original labelling.
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit. We will not issue a credit note or provide an exchange unless the product/s are in original saleable condition upon return. We do not take responsibility for returned goods in transit.
If a gift card has been purchased, this unfortunately is non-refundable.
